Data deletion

You can remove your data from Extrua products at any time. This page covers both connected-integration data (Google, Meta, TikTok, accounting platforms) and full account deletion.

Disconnect an integration (instant)

In your workspace, go to Marketing → Platform integrations and click Disconnect on the provider. The stored access tokens are deleted immediately and no further data is retrieved. To also remove the metric history we synced, email us (below) and we'll purge it within 30 days.

You can additionally revoke Extrua's access from the provider's side at any time — Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions; Facebook: Settings → Business integrations.

Request deletion of specific data or your whole account

Email hello@extrua.com.au with the subject “Data deletion request” from the email address on the account, telling us what to delete (a specific integration's data, specific records, or the entire account). We verify the request, action it within 30 days, and confirm by reply. Some records may be retained longer where Australian law requires it (for example, tax and billing records).

What deletion covers

Integration access tokens, synced metric data, and any platform data received from the provider's APIs. For full account deletion: all business records in the workspace, files in storage, and account credentials. Backups age out on a rolling schedule after deletion.
