Apply online
Give us your name and email and confirm it with a code. There's no password to remember.

Sign two agreements
Add your details and ABN, then read and sign the confidentiality agreement and the reseller agreement online. Your commission rates are set out in full before you sign.

Get certified
Work through the short course and pass the exam, about an hour all up. You're certified to sell Dispatch for 12 months, and customers can check your certificate online.

Start selling
Once you're certified you get your own referral link and code. Share them, run demos from the demo account, and your portal tracks every customer who signs up.
Paid on results, every month they stay
It's commission only. You earn a share of what each customer you bring in pays for Dispatch, starting from their first paid month.
- A bigger share of what each customer pays in their first months, then an ongoing share every month for as long as they keep paying.
- Commission is on the plan and add-on fees your customers pay. Your exact rates are in the reseller agreement, which you read before you sign.
- Refer a business that wants its website and set-up done for it, and you earn on that package too. We quote it and deliver it.
- Customers sign up and pay Extrua directly, so you never chase an invoice.
- A statement lands in your portal every month, and the portal prepares your invoice from it.
- Stop reselling whenever you like, with 30 days' notice. Commission on the customers you've already signed keeps coming while they pay, as long as you've kept to the selling rules.

- You trade under your own name and ABN, set your own hours, and you're free to sell other products too.
- Honest selling
- You describe Dispatch as it is, with approved material, at the published prices. No discounts or promises we haven't agreed in writing.
- Australian law
- You follow it when you sell, including the Spam Act, the Do Not Call Register and the Privacy Act.
- Demo account only
- You demonstrate with the demo account and never access a customer's live account or data.
Before you apply
Is it free to join?
Yes. There's no fee to join, nothing to buy and no minimum sales. You pay your own running costs, like your phone and travel.
Do I need an ABN?
Yes. You resell as an independent business under your own ABN, and your commission is paid against the invoice you send us each month.
Do I need sales experience?
No. The course covers how Dispatch works, who it suits and how to run a demo, and the portal has sales guides for each trade. What helps most is already knowing people who run service businesses.
What can I sell?
Dispatch subscriptions, at the published prices. If a business wants its website and set-up done for it, you introduce them and we quote and deliver it. Reconcile and custom builds aren't part of the program.
What if a customer forgets to use my link?
Log them as a client in your portal when you first talk to them. If they sign up within 90 days of that, they're credited to you.
Can other people sell for me?
Yes. You can bring in your own staff or subcontractors. You pay them, and you're responsible for them following the rules.
How long does certification last?
12 months. We may ask you to re-sit the exam when something important changes, such as a price.
Who do my customers deal with?
Extrua. They sign up on our standard terms and pay us directly, so their contract is with us and we look after their account and billing.
