What does 'Dispatch wired in' mean?
Dispatch is Extrua's job management platform. When we wire it into your website, your booking form creates a real job in Dispatch, quote requests go straight into your pipeline, and contact forms become tracked leads — nothing gets re-typed by hand or falls through.
Do I own my website?
In the build-and-own model, yes — you own the code, the domain, and all accounts outright. In the managed model we host and run it for you on a monthly fee, but if you ever want to leave, everything transfers to you with no lock-in.
Can you integrate with the software I already use?
Yes. We connect your website to the apps already in your pipeline — scheduling, payments, accounting — so data flows rather than being re-typed. We'll cover what you use on the call.
