Extrua Dispatch · Pest control · Pool servicing · Window cleaning
Job software for pest control, pool and window cleaning rounds.
Extrua Dispatch is job management software for businesses that run rounds: the pool every week, the windows every quarter, the pest treatment every six or twelve months. Set each customer’s visits once and they keep coming, and when the weather turns, move the whole day in one go. Built running the founder's own Sydney cleaning business, every day.
Free 14-day trial for your first user · card required, cancel anytime · then from $53/user/mo · no GST is charged

“It’s the same round and I still text everyone”
Set each customer once. The round keeps itself.
Weekly pool services, fortnightly or four-weekly visits, monthly by date or by weekday, and the long ones: every 2, 3, 6 or 12 months for the quarterly window clean or the yearly treatment. The first booking covers about a year and the schedule keeps topping it up. Each customer is reminded before their visit, inside business hours.
Watch it work · about a minute each
Your round across in an afternoon, your paperwork on every phone
The first shows your customers moving across from a spreadsheet and your regular visits set on the schedule. The second shows the safety suite: SWMS, on-site JSAs and licences, on the crew's phones, free on every plan.
No weeks of re-typing

When the weather turns, move the day, not every visit
A washed-out day used to mean a morning of phone calls and one-at-a-time edits. Now it's one change, checked before it happens.
Move the whole day
Pick the day, see every visit on it, and move them all to another day at the same times, or call them off. Nothing changes until you confirm the preview, and each worker is told their own new times.
Hand over a round
Someone on leave, or leaving? Give their regular visits to someone else from a date, all of them or one weekday only, with a preview of every visit that moves.
Tomorrow's run, the night before
Switch it on and each worker gets one push in the evening: how many visits they have tomorrow, and when the first one starts.
Built for the backyard, the roof line and the dead spot
Rounds happen down side passages, behind locked gates and out of range. The crew app is built for that, and the chemicals and safety paperwork go with it.
Bill each visit as it’s done, or one invoice per customer each week, fortnight or four weeks, sent to Xero with the payment status coming back.
- No signal
- Clock-on, the checklist and the job details keep working out of range, and everything syncs when the phone finds signal again.
- Locked gate
- “Couldn't get in?” on the visit: the worker says what they tried and the office is emailed. It works with no signal too. Nothing goes to the customer; you decide what happens next.
- Gate codes
- Kept in sealed access notes. A worker sees them only on the day of a visit they're on, and every opening is recorded.
- Chemicals
- A Products page in the crew app: what each product is for, the dilution, how long to leave it, what to wear, and the safety note, kept on the phone for sites with no signal.
- Safety data sheets
- Link each product's sheet and it's one tap away in the crew app. The hazardous chemicals register lists them all, flags a missing or out-of-date sheet, and prints for an audit.
- Proof photos
- A checklist item can need its own photo, so the visit can't be finished until it's taken or marked as couldn't-do, with why.
- SWMS and JSAs
- The safety suite is free on every plan: SWMS signed on each worker's phone, an on-site JSA on the jobs that need one, and licences kept with their expiry dates.
One price for each person on the app
Pay for the technicians and office staff who use the app. Customers and visits on the round cost nothing to add.

Questions round operators ask
Can a visit repeat every 3, 6 or 12 months?
Yes. A job can repeat weekly, every 2, 3 or 4 weeks, monthly (by date or by weekday, like the second Tuesday), or every 2, 3, 6 or 12 months on the start date's day. The first booking covers about a year, and the schedule keeps topping it up.
What happens when rain wipes out a day?
Pick the day and move every visit on it to another day at the same times, or call them off. You see a preview before anything changes, and each worker is told their own new times. A whole round can also be handed to someone else from a date.
Does the crew app work out of signal?
Yes. Clock-on, checklists, job details and the products page keep working with no signal, and everything syncs when the phone is back in range. A worker who can't get into a property can still report it from a dead spot.
Can my technicians see the chemicals and safety data sheets?
Yes. The crew app's Products page shows what each product is for, the dilution, how long to leave it on, what to wear and the safety note, and opens each product's safety data sheet. The hazardous chemicals register lists every hazardous product with where it's stored and flags a missing sheet or one more than five years old.
Can I bill each visit, or batch them?
Either. Invoice each visit as it's done, or send one invoice per customer each week, fortnight or four weeks. Invoices go to Xero and the payment status comes back. MYOB and QuickBooks are coming soon.
How much does it cost?
Per person on the app: Starter $53, Growth $57 and Pro $69 a user a month, in Australian dollars, with no GST charged. Customers and visits are unlimited, so a long round costs nothing extra. The 14-day trial is free for your first user; extra users are billed when you add them.
